1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. We do not hold official criminal records, obtain them for visitors, perform an official check, or submit filings.

Its role is to identify Bladen County custodians, including the sheriff, Clerk of Superior Court, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, and North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry, and to provide access to outside tools that may assist lawful personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Use any content for an unlawful federal, North Carolina, or local purpose
• Threaten, stalk, intimidate, or harass another person
• Use site content for a credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decision
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account, server, or feature
• Send bots, scraping software, or other automated tools against the pages
• Interfere with site performance or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked tool may not be used to stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate. North Carolina registry data is released for public awareness under Article 27A, including G.S. 14-208.10. It does not authorize vigilantism or any unlawful act against a listed person or household. Misuse may carry civil or criminal consequences.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not produce a credit report, background check, or other consumer report. Our advertising partners also do not offer tools here for an FCRA-regulated decision. You must not use information from this website or a linked tool to:

• Make a creditworthiness or insurance decision
• Choose whether to employ or dismiss a person
• Evaluate an applicant for a lease or other housing
• Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Carry out any other action governed by the FCRA

A lawful regulated check must come from an authorized official channel or an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider, not from this website.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is general information, not legal advice. Only a licensed North Carolina attorney can advise how a charge, conviction, warrant, registry duty, or expunction rule applies to particular facts.

All content and services are provided "as is." We make no promise that:

• A partner's search result will be complete, current, or correctly matched
• Every page is accurate and current at all times
• The website will operate without interruption
• The service will remain free of bugs, errors, or security weaknesses

Charges and dispositions change, and records may be sealed, corrected, or expunged. Gaps can occur despite update efforts. No site content is an official statement from the Bladen County sheriff, court clerk, SBI, or another government office.

North Carolina law governs these terms, and any dispute tied to site use must be brought in a court located in North Carolina.
